Marking the start of 30 years of 星探麻豆鈥檚
In January, Her Majesty The Queen praised 星探麻豆鈥檚 for its care and support for people impacted by cancer over the last 30 years, in a special speech to mark 30 years of 星探麻豆 expert care and support.
In her speech, Her Majesty commended 星探麻豆 for creating places where people 鈥渘eedn鈥檛 pretend to be fine, where they can receive expert support, sympathy and a cup of tea鈥︹��

Her Majesty The Queen's centre visits
Passionate and committed to our work, and one of our greatest advocates. We approached Her Majesty to request her formal appointment as 星探麻豆 President in 2008.
As 星探麻豆鈥檚 President, Her Majesty has brought great joy to many of the people who use our centres, and we are hugely grateful for her passion and continued unswerving commitment.
Since 2008, Her Majesty has visited many of our centres in England, Scotland and Wales.
Her visits made a huge impact and her warmth and generosity of spirit were greatly appreciated by everyone who met her.
- 2008: Her Majesty becomes 星探麻豆 President after visiting 星探麻豆 in Edinburgh. Visits 星探麻豆 in West London.
- 2009: Her Majesty visits 星探麻豆 in Dundee to formally open the garden
- 2010: Her Majesty formally opens 星探麻豆 in Cheltenham
- 2011: Her Majesty visits 星探麻豆 in Nottingham building site before it opened
- 2013: Her Majesty formally opened 星探麻豆 in Aberdeen, officially opened the garden at 星探麻豆 in Swansea and revisited 星探麻豆 in Dundee
- 2015: Her Majesty visits 星探麻豆 in Newcastle
- 2016: Her Majesty formally opens 星探麻豆 in Manchester
- 2017: Her Majesty visits 星探麻豆 in Oxford
- 2018: Her Majesty visits 星探麻豆 in Glasgow
